Thank goodness for Bannister Center! The entire team assessed my situation, and crafted a plan specifically for me. The therapists really motivated me. One of them—Heidi—looked me in the eye and said: “Hebert, you’re going to walk again.” And she was right!
With the help of prosthetic legs and a walker, I’m walking again. And eating and sleeping. I love Bannister Center. They have wonderful activities and programs, and the people are like family to me. They’re the best!”
